- Your name, email address and telephone number when you submit an enquiry form or book an appointment.
- Details you choose to share about your household, your mortgage, your income or your health, where those are relevant to an insurance enquiry.
- Anything you send us by email or through a scheduling tool.

- Standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you visited.
- Cookies and similar technologies set by this site and by third-party services embedded in it.
Information from third parties
- Where you were referred to us by a lead provider or marketing partner, we receive the information you supplied to them.
- Insurance carriers and consumer reporting agencies may return underwriting information during an application, subject to the separate authorisations you sign at that time.

- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes or comparisons.
- To submit and administer insurance applications you ask us to submit.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary:
- With insurance carriers and their underwriters, when you ask us to seek quotes or submit an application.
- With service providers who operate parts of this business on our behalf, such as our website host, email provider, scheduling tool and agency management system, under contract and only for that purpose.
- With Symmetry Financial Group, where your enquiry relates to an agent opportunity rather than insurance.
- Where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a state insurance department.
Third-party services on this site
This website embeds a scheduling widget provided by Calendly. When you interact with it, Calendly receives the information you enter and may set its own cookies. Their handling of that data is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy, not this one. Forms submitted on this site are processed by our website host.
Cookies
You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Parts of the site, including the scheduling widget, may not work correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for the period required by the insurance record-keeping rules of the states in which we are licensed, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of marketing messages, or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
